i want to delete my account and i keep putting my username and password to confirm it but it keeps telling me how it doesn't match with the sign username

Hi We would recommend that you call between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Saturday or Sunday 1 pm to 8 pm all in mountain time. The number to call is 866-406-1830 and someone will be happy to help you. You can also schedule an appointment by visiting "contact us" after selecting the circle with the question mark in it at the upper right of the family search page. Thanks.

If you prefer not to call, you can also reset your password so you can log in. Once you are logged in, then you can delete your account. Here are links to the instructions.
