How do I report a spammer user?
A patron is claiming to be my husband’s sibling and that “he was there”, when making changes to my deceased husband’s information. My husband has only one brother who is living, and none of his siblings live in Australia. I am in very close contact with all my husband’s siblings.
His email address is listed in the message where he claims to be my husband's sibling.

We also had problems in the past with another patron claiming to be family and trying to do ordinances that have already been done, living. He was trying to do my husbands endowment and temple sealing. Because I am still living, it doesn’t list our temple marriage in the Provo Temple. He is no a close relative but might be a very distant relative , as his name comes up from time to time in Ancestry hints, family trees.

This person may think he is working someone else's profile, or may be trying to recycle a randomly selected profile. This happens often, especially among contributors who are used to Ancestry.com.
How I usually resolve this type of problem is I figure out what family the contributor is trying to work on and start it or improve it for them. Usually that makes everyone happy.
