The little window that showed me my contributions is missing from my home page. How do I get it back?

Dear KIrby--

We are wondering if there is a hitch right now, because there are several questions regarding this area today. We just went to that spot in the old and new look, and all these features are there. If this problem is persisting for you, please do the following:

1. Clear cookies--PC it is CTL+S+DLT MAC it is CMD+S+CLT
2. Change browsers
3. Turn off and on the computer
4. If the problem persists, please call us at 866-406-1830 or make an appointment by clicking on the question mark at the right-hand side of the screen, click "Contact Us," click on the part of the world in which you live, and then follow the rest of the directions and choose a time that is convenient for you to meet with us
