Do I index a mortgagor’s name without any other information listed?

I am new to indexing and I’m working on a mortgage document. If the mortgagor is listed (their full name like shown in the picture above) without other information (such as mortgagee, etc.), do I index their name or not?

I believe if I am seeing correctly that there is a bracket right before the line separating the columns. This would indicate that Howard A and Elsie D are involved in the same transaction. If this is the case you would make two entries one for Howard and one for Elsie with the balance of the information for each being that information starting with John DeVolder.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you! The bracket was only on the Elsie D column, so I was uncertain if it was meant to tie to the column above.
