Is there a way to edit the names that come up automatically from family trees in Family Search?

I have more than once relative who goes by or went by their middle name, so I'd like the names on the family tree that they are/were known by.

    You can print to a PDF file then edit the PDF file to your liking.

    Also, there are 3rd party software tools that make nice trees from GEDCOM files exported from FamilySearch Family Tree.

    This is referring specifically to the 4 Keepsake Family Trees offered from the first page on Family Search. They are a great idea & wonderful thing to do, but I'd like to be able to put what names I went, & even where I want them, on them tree before I print them.
