UK 1841 census

Yes, the 1841 UK census was indexed many years ago. I believe the UK censuses were among the very first genealogical records to be indexed online.
Have you tried FindMyPast or MyHeritage?

@DavidChurch1 The data for the England and Wales Census, 1841 on FamilySearch was provided by Findmypast.com. You might want to visit their website to report names that seem to have been missed in the index.

There are many census records (not just relating to 1841) that haven't found their way (by accident or design) from Find My Past to FamilySearch. Although its coverage is rather patchy, I find FreeCEN can be an excellent alternative for finding my relatives. Its transcriptions are more accurate and pasting URLs in the Sources section of your relative will provide a direct link to the actual (FreeCEN) record page, rather than just taking you to the website Home page.
However, I just made a check and found that FreeCEN only covers Bibury for 1851 and 1861, so try FMP and Ancestry - and use a bit of imagination over how the surname might have been indexed.
Update - I just confirmed what you probably already know - Bibury 1841 (indexed) census records do appear in FamilySearch, but not for ACOTT, or similar. Possibly just one or two pages got overlooked in the indexing process.
