Einwandererzentralstelle is translated incorrectly. "Einwanderer" can be either singular or plural: immigrant or immigrants. Zentralstelle is "central office." Thus, the term Einwandererzentralstelle is "Immigrants' Central Office" or, alternatively, "Central Office for Immigrants." Nowhere is "control" suggested in this word.
