Missing Birth/Baptism entry from Baptisms 1761–1789 FHL Film 0889486 item 3
Hi,
Can I please report that the Birth and Baptism entry for Christian Taylor, Daughter of John Taylor and Christian Donaldson is missing from the transcribed entries on the above film.
I have the page from the film, Kinkell Associate (Non conformist) Trinity Gask, Perthshire. And while other entries on the page have been transcribed, the entry for Christian Taylor has been overlooked during the transcription process.
The missing entry for Christian Taylor is sandwiched between the baptisms of
David Young,
"Scotland Births and Baptisms, 1564-1950", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XYSZ-BY5 : 12 February 2020), David Young, 1775.
and Eliz Morison.
"Scotland Births and Baptisms, 1564-1950", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XYSC-XL4 : 12 February 2020), Elizabeth Morison, .
Fourth entry from the bottom of left hand side page of the Parish Register.
There is also a problem with the location that is reported on the above baptisms. The search results report the location as Kinkell, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
When in fact, the location is Kinkell Associate (Non conformist) Trinity Gask, Perthshire.
I believe all of the entries on this register have been incorrectly identified as being in Kinkell Aberdeenshire. So it is leading to some confusion for researchers.
