How do I delete a name that is listed twice with two different identifiers

You need to "merge" the two records, ensuring that they are indeed the same individual. Follow the normal merge process, keeping the desired record on the right and adding any additional information from the other record as desired.

@LanaLorenzen, after making sure that they are indeed the same person, you can merge the two profiles. Go to the profile of one of the Jan Christopher Lorenzens. In the right column you should see a data flag that there is a possible duplicate for him. Click on that and follow the screen instructions and merge the two profiles. See the two Knowledge articles below for detail instructions.

It there is no alert that there is a possible duplicate, then you can merge by PID. See those instruction here, 935 How do I merge duplicates in Family tree by ID? https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-merge-duplicates-in-family-tree-by-id
The above assumes that both profiles are shown as Deceased. If one is shown as Deceased and the other is shown as Living, then the procedure is slightly different. You cannot merge a Deceased profile with a LIving profile. If one is marked as Living and he is actually deceased you will have to Edit his entry in the Vitals Section of the Details page to shown him as Deceased rather than Living. Then proceed as above.
