How Can I Request for a Dead Confidential Person to be Made Public

It appears that an Administrator has marked the profile of my Grandparents as Confidential presumably because the nature of their death may somehow harm me and other descendants. They died over 100 years ago in 1919. Details of their deaths are included in my family tree on Ancestry and in their profiles on WikiTree. Also, their only child, my father, died last century. I am the oldest descendant.

This decision is causing some confusion through the duplication of profiles and is impeding descendants (and others) from finding out about an important part of their family's past. It seems to be an unnecessary restriction and I know of no one who has problems with the revealing of the information at FamilySearch.

I have tried to find out how to request that the restriction be removed but cannot find any helpful information about that.

Can someone help with this, please?
