"Error loading image. Please try again later."

Hello,

For the past couple of months, I've had a problem with multiple databases, on multiple computers & in different browsers, when I'm working my way through a database. Without warning & for no apparent reason, I get the "Error loading image. Please try again later.", message. The thumbnail image expands, but does not focus. When I click the "Browse Multiple Images" to expand back to the thumbnails, the thumbnails move in an odd way & the message, "Error loading image. Please try again later." appears again. Today, I've refreshed the page; logged out & back in; closed & reopened the browser, cleared the cache; I even rebooted the computer ... & still, I can't view the images. This has never happened to this extent. Usually if I do one of a few things I get to the image, that is, if I wait a couple of minutes it will resolve itself; if I open the same web address in a different tab, after I close the original tab; click on a different image in the database. Today, none of these things worked.

I'm at a point in my research where I have the tedious job of going through databases, page, by page, by page, which, by itself, is frustrating. To now have this problem is adding a ridiculous amount of time just to view one page!

Please forward this issue to "tech support" to see if they can offer any help.

Thank you for your time.

I'm having the same difficulty today. I scroll through microfilm images, loading as they should, then suddenly encounter this same error message and am unable to continue. It's almost as there's a throttle on number of images or speed at which one can scroll thru? which would be ridiculous. Possibly too many users accessing same collection at same time?

Attaching a screenshot. (or attempting to)
