What members show up on the 'Easy Invitations Ward Member List" and the Ward T&FH Activity Report
I would like to know who/what the criteria for inclusion is on our List of Ward Members on the Easy Invitations Ward Member List and each of the Ward Temple & Family History Activity Report entries?
Easy Invitation List: It states that "The following members in your branch or ward have a Temple Opportunity, a Record Hint, or a Discovery Experience waiting for them on FamilySearch.org." But I'm working with members who have lots of opportunities, hints, or experiences waiting but they are not on the list at all. Also, how often is it updated-- monthly, quarterly or continuously?
Ward Temple & Family History Activity Report: "This report has been adjusted to represent only the Family Trees of members who have a FamilySearch account." [It says it is updated Monthly]
What do these individual graphs represent?
1) "Members Submitting This Year"
2) "First Four Generations of Ancestors in the Tree"
3) "Members Logging-in"
4) "Members Participating in Family History Activities
Is there a way to know which Ward Members have a FamilySearch Account?

Thank you for raising these questions.
These two knowledge articles may help you. However, the criteria for inclusion in your first question I have yet to find the answer.

I do not believe FamilySearch is in the position to release this information about who has a FS account.
