Change in order of index information

I am currently indexing records from the country of Colombia. Recently the order of the input has changed. Before it was dia, mes, año (de nacimiento). Now it is dia, mes (de nacimiento), nombres de pila del padre, año de nacimiento. I am wondering if this is a mistake/glitch that happened or if it is on purpose. It kind of disrupts the flow of entering information sticking the father´s name in the middle of the birthday information. Can this be changed back?

See the 3 vertical dots? Click there. Then this menu will appear.

Now click on reset Field Order. Now you should be back to the original if you are indexing. It won't work with reviewing.

Also, here is how you move the fields manually to an order you like:

This works in Form Entry mode only. When you reorder fields, it can speed up indexing because you can make the order of the fields match the order of information in the document. For other batches in the same project, the fields stay in the order you set until you change them again.

Hover the mouse pointer over the name of the field you want to move. The cursor changes to a cross with arrow tips.

Note This action may not be possible from an iPad or some other mobile device.

Click and drag the field to the new position. Release the mouse button.

This only changes your view, it doesn't change anyone else's.

You can always reset the fields using the previous comment.
