Try Google search for Danish creams. In reality the recipe will be found as Swedish Cremes!!
Maybe they should be retitled as SCANDINAVIAN CREAMS.
Czech folks also do the smorbrod open face sandwich, pork dinner & cutlets.
The Rommegrot and almond rice puddings are also popular in Norway and Germany near Dutch regions.
So I am 1/2 Bohemian, 1/4 Dane &1/4 Mayflower Bradford. This event will be picnic @ Danish Cemetery Tour. Having trouble finding true Dane fare.
