New Phone and Email address
My friend Paulette can't access her familysearch account since she can't remember her user name and password and she doesn't have the same phone # or email address. It's been a few years since she used familysearch and needs help getting back into it. Should I just have her set up a new account with different information in order to get around this roadblock?? Or maybe just have it cancelled and start over again?
