Hi there! I am relatively new to indexing, but for some reason a project wants me to put the same exact information 40x. I thought maybe I would have different documents to index, but it was the same page over and over again. Is there utility to that project, is it a bug, or am I missing something? Just confused.

Jacob, copy the number/letter combo in brackets that's at the end of your batch title ( at the top you your indexing page when your batch is open). Then we can pull up your batch and see what you're talking about.

If I am reading your question correctly, you have 1 item to index and 40 blanks to place the info? If that is the case index the one item and go to the top of your page and click on the icon that looks like a trash can. Then you can delete all blank entries and submit the batch.

Most all batches have a set number of blanks to enter info. If all of them are not needed, you can go to the trash can and delete the extras.

In some cases there may not be enough blanks and you will have to add more. Also as barbaragailsmith1 suggested, show the batch code in case it is something else in question.
