If you click on Document Information, you can see that this record came from microfilm 1266667. You can use this number to search in the Catalog to find information about the film. Unfortunately there you will see a film reel icon which according to the Help Center means "The digital images are not available online. A microfilm version exists."

I don't think you can view microfilms outside of the main Family History Center in Salt Lake at this point and am not sure if you can even view them here.

You may be able to get the image via the Family History Library's Lookup Service. It depends partially on the person you get and what he or she believes to be true about permissions and restrictions.

Both responses to my question were helpful. Thanks.

I was successful in obtaining a few Wisconsin marriage records from that set last year, using the Remote Lookup Service. Some of the permissions changed in early 2022, meaning that some records available through that service last year are not available this year. I haven't tried a Wisconsin marriage under the new terms.
