    There is a checkbox you can tick in the popup when you select print from you temple list.

    @ShelleyDw

    Make sure that your mailing address is in your account settings: https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/account

    And also when you print ordinance cards, make sure the box for "Print Contact Information on Family Name Cards" is checked.

    I have checked the "Print Contact Information on Family Name Cards" but only my name appears! Quite often cards are mistakenly left at the Temple, or picked up by someone else in error and we would need the mailing address/phone number of those patrons. Showing only a name of a patron is not "contact information". Shouldn't we have the option to choose to have our address and phone number on the cards? IF those who don't want it, that's fine, there should be a box to check or uncheck that too, but I find having my address/phone number on the cards helpful for those given reasons. It's easier than to have to write our address and phone number on each printed card. Seems like some of our agency has been lost. 😕

    This is a recent change in the past week to the printing of family name cards. When you select the "print contact information", it will now only print your name. If you don't select that option, it will not print any name on the card.

    It appears that FamilySearch may have had some recent issues with printing the contact information on the cards, and until they can get those problems fixed, they appear to just be printing the name only. I know there were some problems with contact information being pulled from an incorrect database, which would then often show an old outdated address. I'm guessing that until they get this fixed, they've defaulted to just showing the submitter's name only.

    Thank you for your feedback. Due to privacy concerns, the new update is to print name only when you select to print the person's contact information. If you don't want the name printed you can uncheck that box in the printing card process.

    When we printed name cards last week, only a user name was listed as contact information.

    Yes, this is an update to protect privacy. When selecting contact information to print on cards, it will print the profile name. If you want to update your name, please visit: https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/profile

    @OwenDLindeman

    Ordinances Ready allows for the printing of 4 baptisms/confirmations. You don't need to use ordinances ready to print any ordinance reservations you already have. You can print them directly from your Reservation list. If you don't have ordinances reserved, you can work on reviewing and researching your family lines to where you can add people who are missing to the Family Tree and then do their ordinance work.
