Will there be a resolution to the Helper Resources that will allow me to email Easy Invitations to our ward that have a Temple Opportunity, a Record Hint, or a Discovery Experience waiting for them on FamilySearch.org?
Hi Vince. I've just tested it and it worked for me. Just click on 'copy' beside the persons name and paste it into your email. I tested it on email and Whatsapp. This link is the same for each member, but will take each member to their own FamilySearch Messages page and show them their most recent messages.
When will Temple Opportunities be available for Easy Invitations?
I send Easy Invitations out quarterly to 200 plus ward members. It is helpful to discuss FamilySearch and the opportunities Ward members may have.
Sorry don't agree. Personalization is the object of my emails. There are too many generalities in FamilySearch as it is.
This is for Ward specific only.
Temple names are the object to all FamilySearch objectives.
I would like to see the Easy Invitations list be in "Real Time" instead of in (assume) batch mode, since I have been able to complete the Records Blue icons (Record Hints) for some in my Ward as a FamilySearch Helper and it does not reflect that their accounts are up-to-date with the data changes (as in "blank" instead of still showing they have more records things to do).
Yes please. Family History Consultant and I have around 45 in my spreadsheet I've been helping. Started or so years ago with 3, then 23, then 34 now 45 distant cousins and others. Some have renewed with me, some have not. Two are a niece and nephew (different brothers of mine) and 7 are in my local LDS Ward.
The FamilySearch Easy Invitations introduction states:
The following members in your branch or ward have a Temple Opportunity, a Record Hint, or a Discovery Experience waiting for them on FamilySearch.org.
The presentation of icons continue to be a problem.
This problem has existed since inseption.
Can the icon presentation be resolved?
