How long? Any hope in sight?

The search result lists and the Hints lists continue to show severe on the fly standardization errors, primarily for incompletely indexed Other Information. Any thoughts from the engineers as to when this will be turned off? It likely will never work properly:

Here this Record Hints list shows the mother's residence as "Hodh El Gharbi, Moriṫēni'ā"

The actual information can be seen after entering the Source Linker and is just the street address "Steen Gd 32-II" (Steen Gade 32-II) which is a residence in Oslo, Norway.

It's really sad to have to tell people to just ignore the Other place names in search results until looking at the actual indexed record.

    @Gordon Collett, looks like we're going to need a link. Looks like you are still having problems with an hourglass icon being sent instead of what you intended.

    Any chance of escalating the general problem of posting images here, please? I've had to change my method recently, yet still am having problems in getting my screenshots to stick. It has been acknowledged as a problem, but is taking quite a while to fix. URLs are often no substitute for a direct illustration of an issue.

    @Paul W

    I've seen the problem in communities, but I apologize that I have not been tracking it - thinking that the problem would quickly resolve itself.

    You mention that it has been acknowledged as a problem - could you point me to that discussion as I can't seem to find it.

    Here is the research help page: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/GS34-2JB

    Here is the source record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:683H-C6RD

    Mother's residence in the source which maps to Other in the hint is where this persistent problem occurs.

    We are still having some issues with images. We had the outage on the 16th and are still trying to get back to normal. I am reporting any issues to the engineers to manually push the images through. So sorry! I know what a pain this is! Sam 😕

    @Gordon Collett I've been experiencing similar issues with Tennessee census records. Most results with District #s return 'Grainger County', regardless of the actual county. I don't know whether this is an indexing error? I have changed dozens manually, but it does not change on the hint return. Pretty much pointless to try to do a TN census search.
