How do you correct an incorrect index which appears through a film?
The marriage license for my father, Homer Burt Reeder and my mother Alice Williams is found on image 584 of the film found at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939Z-BPNL-1?i=583&cc=1803977. The Marriage License says that Homer was "of" Glendale, California, and Alice Williams was "of" Brigham City, Utah. The word "of" was interpreted in indexing as being "born in", which is wrong. They were residing in those locals when they got married. How do we correct this?
Furthermore, as stated in the lower part of that marriage license, they were married in Salt Lake City, but the indexing says they were married in Brigham City, where the license was obtained. (No temple in Brigham City at the time). How do we correct this indexing?
Possibly, the indexing form or the instructions were not clear enough. But the same marriage location error occurred in the indexing of Clifford Blaine Bishop and his bride, and Reid L Oyler and his bride, shown in the same image.

The index shows no reference to a place of birth or a place of residence.

Thank you for responding. However, I disagree. If you look at the information below, you will see that it states "Indexed information" and that it lists my father as being born in Glendale, with the source being that which I originally sent. Further, from your response, they were married in Brigham City. But if you look at the source carefully, it says the license was issued in Brigham City, whereas the bottom portion says they were married in Salt Lake City. So the problem is there.
Here's the information
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the screen shot of the information did not come through, please look at Sources for Homer Burt Reeder KWCK-63N. Scroll down to 1940 Homer Burt Reeder, "Utah Marriages, 1887-1935" submitted March 10, 2020 by ChristianWest4. Then click on "View Source" and you will see the information, included the statement that it is "Indexed Information".

@MikeReeder, keep in mind that the index is not the data. It is merely a finding aid for the data. The index has served its purpose perfectly: the record has been found and attached.
Since it looks like this is not a correctable index, I suggest you write a corrected transcription in the Notes/Description field of the source citation.
