German Empire wrong years

About 2 days ago somebody in Place Locality programming - screwed big time, added or replaced "Germany" with "German Empire"

"Losheim, Merzig, Rhineland, Prussia, German Empire" early to 1945

WRONG! German Empire existed only 1871 to 1918

"Losheim am See, Merzig-Wadern, Saar, France" 1947-1957

WRONG! Losheim am See started 1971 to present.

Britten, Merzig, Rhineland, Prussia, German Empire 1822-1945

WRONG! German Empire did not exist at all until 1871 and lasted until 1918.

Footnote: Britten was never even part of so called Saar Protectorate 1918-1935.

I'm tired of having to fix the glaring errors already (much of my Germans are concentrated in Saarland area as well as across the border in France south of Saarbrucken.)
