Help needed for a Danish birth record
Hello -- trying to tease out the details of the birth of Nikolina Kristina Nilsson, daughter of Elna Larsdotter in a Danish record, but having trouble both reading the older Danish handwriting and translating the details.
Looking at the middle record here -- no 572. https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=16415220#33,26987
[Information about] “til Moderen” = the mother:
Elna Larsdotter
Born 1/4 [1 April] [18]58: Vesterstal in Sverrig [Sweden]
In Denmark 29 Jul 1878
Other information needs translation. Could anyone help me out?
Many thanks,
Mary Murphy, Kansas City, MO

The child was given to the mother, Elna Larsdatter, ....
living in SALVIEgade
later on: Antoniestræde
Both these streets are in Copenhagen, both in Helligånds parish, Copenhagen.
Best regards.

Hi Mary,
I could not read everything, but hopes this will help you:
Nr. 572 Girl, the child: Nikoline Kristine Nielsen
Born July 21th, 1882, No. 443b and baptized August 1th.
Delivered / Handed out August 12, 1882, Mother No. 424b
About Mother:
("til Moderen", can mean two things either "to the mother" or "about the mother", in this case it should be about the mother)
Elna Larsdatter, Mother, unmarried, born April 1th, 1858 in Versterdal, Sweden
arrived in Denmark July 29th, 1878.
Miss (maid) in the house. I cannot read the address, but it is something with a street (gade).
From April 1th, 1880 to June 1th, 1882.
She moves to (tager til) Salvegade 14 (back house), Resident at Hansen with the child.
("tager til" can mean several things ex. goes to, travel to or move to)
Nov 25th, 1882 she moves to Antoniestræde 18, 2. Resident at Nielsen.
(The street Antoniestræde exists in several cities, but since she was on the island Sjælland, I would assume it could be the one in the town Køge, but it could also be the on the island Bornholm, which is near Sweden.)

Thank you very much for the help with this. I know Elna had been unmarried when Nikolina born, and that the she married the (presumptive) father Nils Nilsson in 1883 in Copenhagen, but this gives additional confirmation and details. Many thanks!
