Hello. I have recently come across an ancestor who has roughly 60 or so pages in a probate microfilm reel. Is there a way to combine them all as 1 source or do I have to attach each individual page to his sources?

Thank you for any help!!

Hello and thank you for posting your question here in Community.

Congratulations for find the microfiche records. The following article walks you though the step-by-step for uploading records, documents and images to FamilySearch Memories. In this article you will see that only the format we know as PDF can upload multiple pages in one source document.

Most microfilm readers have an image capture feature that could allow you to make photos of the pages of your ancestor's record. If you can do that, using a pdf program, you can convert those images to PDFs and upload them into a folder with images in the order you want them instead of having to upload each one individually. Depending on the legibility of the records you capture, you will want to write a recap for the beginning of the folder telling where and including the link to find these records again should the reader want to do so.

We hope this is helpful. Best of success with your family history work.
