Forgot password
My mother created her FamilySearch account with one of my nieces and they forgot the password they used to set up the account. At that time, she had a different mobile number and email address. The phone number no longer exist and my mother has no access to the old email address they used to set up the FamilySearch account since she is also unable to recover/modify her password after changing her phone number with our network provider.
She is an older lady and I can understand it is challenging for her to remember all her passwords and PINs.
Creating a new account is impossible because lds accounts require a membership number. So only one account per person.
I hope and pray someone could help us recover her account. Please 🙏🏼
