Baptismal Records trigger Ordinances Ready

When I attach a baptismal record to my ancestor it is entered into the Other Information category. Sure would be nice if that baptismal information would trigger the Ordinances Ready feature like a christening date does. As it is now, I have to enter inferred birth information as a separate step to trigger the Ordinances Ready. Why is christening info more valid than baptismal info? Seems like an easy fix. Thanks!!!

What information is required to do temple ordinances for my ancestors?

Christening date is a proxy for birth date. LDS and some other religious denominations practice believer baptism, so for them a baptismal date emphatically is not a proxy for birth date.
