Merge is not working on this person

This person has a duplicate, and the system has not allowed me to merge them.

I have talked with 2 family search help experts, who got the same error message. I was told to ask the question on this site.

Can anyone help?

I can not get the person with the KW PID to be the surviving person. The SWITCH option is missing.

Yes, I had a problem with 2 merges. I thought maybe someone would walk me through how to merge the first. That is not what happened, so I do not know how to solve the same problem with the second merge.
