Mortgagee and mortgagor on the first page - grantee and grantor on the 2nd page

I have a batch with two pages - the first page has mortgagee/mortgagor on, while the 2nd page has grantee/grantor on. How do I index that? The whole batch is from New York mortgagee/mortgagor.

Please share your batch code. Your batch code is located at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [1111-AAA]. Your code is also located under Batch -->About Batch.

Please share your batch code as @erutherford suggested. And read the project instructions carefully. However, generally, unless the PIs explicitly say otherwise, almost certainly you should index any grantor in the mortgagor fields and any grantee in the mortgagee fields. The PIs might even tell you to do so. Also look at the Field Helps (purple question marks).

I have been doing NY mortgages also. some entries of mortgagees and mortgagors are both companies and / or corps. Since there is no personal information in these entries,,, I have been skipping over them. Assuming this is acceptable.

No one can say for sure without further information. If you're doing what the Project Instructions dictate, then you're golden. This is why knowing the Batch Code for a particular batch in question is so important. While there are similarities among these Grantor/Grantee, Mortgagor/Mortgagee, etc. projects, there are differences that the Project Instructions will reveal, and the Batch Code is the key to unlocking these details/differences.

@DonaldRobinson95 Please index what you see and do not assume- whenever you have questions, share the Project Name and batch code [XXXX-XXX] and keep the batch in your queue while you wait for answers to come from this forum.
