The project instructions aren't helping me with this question. Many of the records are titled: City of Johannesburg, Brixon Cemetery or West Park Cemetery. The instructions say to list only the name of the cemetery and not the word "cemetery" itself. I am reviewing a batch of records that are titled "City of Johannesburg Cemetery. Do I list the cemetery as "Johannesburg"?

    I would put Johannesburg.

If it says West Park I would put West Park, there are 35 cemeteries in Johannesburg under the custodianship of Johannesburg Parks according to an internet search.

I've been doing some of these records, too.
