add spouse/parent feature
on the new page, with the "add spouse" and "add parent" features at the bottom of the family area, after a long list of children, it often causes a lot of repeated scrolling up and down to be sure we are adding a spouse or parent to the correct person
to have it at the top (as it is currently), just above the married couple, it is a quick glance to see to whom we are adding someone, and be sure we are adding correctly
