Why can't I tag more people to the document image I added?

I added an image of a document to 9Q3M-BLW. I managed to tag 4 people to the memory but three children are left off. What am I doing wrong?

When you click on an image to tag details or people, try experimenting where you make the first click, and when satisfied that it is correct, (usually the top left corner of what you want to include in your tag) hover your cursor over the green dot in the bottom right corner of the box that appears until it changes to a diagonal two-ended arrow, then drag to reduce or enlarge the box to cover only what you need.

It seems that you have overlapped more than one name when tagging, and this has confused the computer when trying to select a different name that is located within a box that you have already tagged.

Two of the three remaining children can be tagged by following the details above, but tagging Christine will require 'untagging' Alexander, as his box overlaps Christina's name and then following the guidelines above for both Alexander and Christina.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you. I was able to make those boxes tiny today and was able to attach all of the kids. That green dot is the key! I struggled with that a long time but will not forget now.
