I am indexing mortgage files, it shows 60 entries but only has 21. How do I submit it?

Click on the icon at the top of your batch and click on delete all blank entries and then you should be able to submit the batch. All batches are set up with a set number of blank entries. In most cases not all of them are needed. Sometimes there are not enough blanks set up and new blanks will have to be added. To add extra blanks, click on the icon with a plus beside it. Then you can add as many as you need and also where to place them.
