As the name fields will not accept numbers, I assume all I can do for this batch is make one entry for line 11 under the surname of Schwarts and then submit the batch.

Any other suggestions?

If you went and found 1995 in the original records, 1995 it is. Happy indexing/reviewing !

I would index Schwarts as a surname and that would be it. I wouldn't show the burial date as 1995, as 1895 and 1995 fit into the description of the batch. I would just show 95 as year. When you click on the date entry the purple question mark covers what happens if the full year is not given.

    Dave Morris6 Thank you!

The reason I put in 1995 is because I checked the original record which shows:

                    WPC Registers 1994- 1995

I guess that is not strictly following instructions or would that fit under:

If only a 2-digit number was recorded, you can sometimes determine the first 2 digits of the 4-digit year from other information,

    Thank you for the feedback🙂
