@madisonnicolejacques1 , maybe a screen shot, or at least the project & collection name or batch # info etc will help?

The word "Consent" is neither a name nor a company name or name of a corporation. You will mark the appropriate fields, in this case the Mortgagee fields, blank.

This should be put into the instructions. I have read them several times looking for this answer.

Unfortunately, not everything that indexers--or reviewers--come across in every project is covered under the PI. It sucks, I know, but that's why this help is here. I still have questions and have to ask so I'm thankful it's here. Feel free to ask, even if you think "this has to be the dumbest question ever." Better safe than sorry.

Matter of fact, I used to keep a little cheat notebook in my newbie days. When I first started in 2015, we didn't have this; indexers had to rely on reviewers for feedback. My first batches were full of errors, so I wrote down what I needed to do in the next batch; they were WW II draft cards and on the back of the card was, among other things, height and weight. If the applicant was 6'1" and 185 lbs, I put exactly that in those fields. Well, FS wanted 6 1 and 185. I had such a good time doing those draft cards, too. The places people were from was the best part. I kept the notebook until I felt confident enough, and had done enough projects, to trust myself.

@erutherford I really liked the old days, (2015, lol) when we got feedback from the reviewers. That way I knew what I was doing wrong. Now I just read the rules and hope I've got it right. I wish they'd bring the old way back.
