Two different burial dates?
On this document, one person appears to have been buried twice. One date says 23 5 54 (appears to have been written at the same time as everything else in the document, the writing color is the same). Another date, " 12-9-82" has been written using a darker utensil.
Apparently someone was buried in 54 and then moved to another gravesite in 82. But I can't record both dates. What can I do to preserve this extra layer of history?
Also this same has two different last names, one written at the same time as everything else and another written much later. I decided to put in both names into the database. Was that a good idea?

For the burial date, the Project Instruction states:
If there are multiple burial dates recorded for an individual, index the latest burial date. Project Instructions are extremely valuable in every project.
We do not index the word "Baby". "Baby" means the child was unnamed. You will mark the given name blank.
With the surname, it looks like Bob was buried under the name Farland, but was then re-interned under the name Farland Dorries. I would go with Farland Dorries.
