US, New York, Westchester--Index to Mortgagors

If both the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee are corporate names (or neither contains the name of an individual person), do you skip that entry? Seems like you would, because if you're trying to find someone, you need a name to look up, right?

    No, that is incorrect. You still index them and put them under the corporate names for both. Please check the box under the corporate names and it will give you the directions if you do so.

    this is a new indexing from the others with individuals i am unsure with with the proper way. am i correct in understanding the last name listed first and then first name and middle initital, and then more than one family member getting a loan.
