This morning while reviewing these records I have come upon four batches that were purportedly indexed, but were NOT indexed. The only info filled in were 27-28 entries with "Birth" and in the given names were entered the letters ie, hln or ken or lxl, etc. The rest of the entries were marked as <Blank>. My guess is that someone is trying to increase their indexing numbers by these false entries, or just playing with us.

Has anyone else experienced this and what to do? The first few batches I sent back for re-indexing, but that doesn't stop the action of whomever is doing it.

One batch to see is [M3DK-G4W]

You could use the Labs tab found under Helps at the top of the page. This allows you to report  malicious indexing.

Yes, it is a bit difficult to get it to work. I'm glad you got it. I hope this will do some good. I have used it a few times for the same reason and I too had some trouble following the directions.

@LarryClark43 Thank you. It worked. I wondered why there was no way to explain the reason for having a batch reindexed. The directions weren't easy to follow but I finally got it.
