Where should we report bugs?
Where should we report bugs?
This 1950 Census page has a single record, yet the name is indexed dozens of times on the page. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6X1W-YFL1
The person's father is on the preceding page, but the URL generates an "Oops, something went wrong" error. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6X14-MZJH
On the Wikis, there is a "Report an Issue" link which pulls up a Google Form for feedback. Perhaps the 1950 Census should have something similar for at least the first year to iron out all the system-related issues.

@Michael Iams, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I will move it to the category of "Search".

@Michael Iams The problems with the index of the 1950 US Census are being worked on by a special team. We do not know how long it will be before the situation improves.
Meanwhile, if you find family members in the census images, you can use the image itself as your source in Family Tree, thus bypassing the flawed index. The quickest way to do this is to add the census image to your source box and attach to your family members from there. Here are a couple of Help Center articles that will help you with the process:
