A guest informed us of the following about a campaign:

"Email stated had religious information about a relative - after logging in, LDS stated "unable to retrieve that information". What shall I tell her about this situation?

    Dear A Howell

In trying to investigate your "problem with religious information campaign" I would need further information from yourself about the name of the said campaign, and any information about the person you were searching for. A name and any other information regarding their dates of death, birth etcetera would enable us to look into it a bit more for you.

We look forward to assisting you further.

    I have had similar situations

in my case it is because I use multiple FS accounts on the same computer.

If I get an email from some email campaign - and I try to click on the link

BUT if I am logged in with a different user id - then the user id that got the email - then I will often get this sort of error.

before the user clicks on the link -- they should ensure that they are logged into familysearch on their account and not on anyone elses. other wise you will get weird messages indicating things couldnt be found,
