Instead of a cemetery record I was indexing a crematorium record. Since there is no burial date do I put the cremation date in the burial date place?

Also, there was no date of record but there was a date the cremation was approved. Is that the date I use or do I leave it blank?

The instructions for this batch state:

Note: Index the date of cremation in the burial date fields.

    Keep up the good work.

You would leave the Record Date blank.

    What about the burial date?
