"Me" Button
There needs to be a way to quickly get to "Me" either a link under profile or a button along the top, but having to navigate through Tree to Recent to find "Me" is laborious.

Actually, it is there. a little House icon in the upper-right-hand corner:

its called "HOME". . . .

The new homepage puts Recents front and center so you can just click Recents and you will be right there at the top of the list where you can choose to jump to your detail page or your pedigree page:
