When the word "consent" is in the Mortgagee spot, what do you do with that word? It is not a person's name nor a corporation/organization

When the word "Consent" appears, mark the appropriate fields blank.

The word "Consent" is a description/characterization of the transaction. Evidently, that transaction was a one-person or one-organization transaction (i.e. involved no Mortgagee) where that Mortgagor person or organization consented to something.

Likewise, in some other projects involving grantor/grantee or mortgagor/mortgagee, you might sometimes see terms like "Affidavit" or "Will" in one of those fields. As in this case, those are terms characterizing the respective transactions, and usually, as @erutherford says, we just blank the involved fields since those terms are not people names nor organization names.
