Error 9 in previewing a descendent report

In trying to preview a descendent report for print, I am getting Error 9, indicating that the "subscript is out of range". The report will not proceed and I can't seem to get out of the loop except by shutting down. This is the same description of report that I have been using multiple times. Does anyone know how to del with this?

what is the PID of the person in question.

it might possibly not even be a problem with Familyearch - it might possibly be a bug in your printer driver.

    Thank you for your comment.

I am a relatively new user for Family Search and unsure of what you are referring to as PID of person in question? The error message is quite brief and is happening when I request the preview, before requesting either a pdf or to print. That is what led me to think it is the family search program as opposed to a printer driver?

The Identification number (ID) for the person in family tree

a number like X426-A5V -- usually next to the name.
