Should N Squire be entered as Mortgagor given Name and Surname, or is this not a person?

US, New York, Onondaga—Indexes to Mortgagees, 1630–1975 [Part A][M3BS-JK2]

Lines 4, 13 and 14 all have "Squired by Gdn", "Squire" and "for Squire". Is Squire the name or is there another way to index this?

I believe the first name is H Squires. If you look at the names below it looks like this is the way the writer makes an s at the end of a name, Geddes and Sparks. If I am correct then H Squires would be recorded for this entry.

The other two entries don't seem to have an s, so would be entered as H Squire.

I believe the by Gdn etal just informs us that the transaction was completed for H Squires by another individual or individuals.

I hope I am correct and that this is of some help.
