That sounds like exactly what Family Tree is trying to construct. A person's Family Tree page is a master index to all information about that person as documented in all the sources for that person. So as all sources get linked to a person and that little pedigree tree icon on is found on every source, this will develop. Click on a person's name in a source, click on the tree icon to jump to the person's Family Tree, and there you will find all that information, including where the person fits in your tree by clicking on View My relationship.
The can be nothing automatic about this if it is going to be anywhere close to accurate. This master index known as the Family Tree has to be accurately constructed one item at a time.
This, by the way, is why every source needs to be attached to the correct person even if that source is a duplicate.
Regarding links "to other trees containing them" you can add as sources the trees found under the genealogies sections but since these are generally partial, inferior, generally incomplete, and potentially very out of date compared to Family Tree, I generally don't see that as particularly desirable.
So just keep working on your family in Family Tree documenting them thoroughly and attaching all FamilySearch sources. In doing so, you are helping to construct, in the only way possible, the fulfillment of your idea.
