FamilySearch account login issue
Today I tried to access my FS account and it said I entered the wrong username or password. When I clicked on forget username/password and entered my email address, I received a notification in red saying I cannot reset the username/password online.
I then tried to access my account with my Church account and succeeded but this only works on my laptop. Can you please advise on what to do?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have done so but still nothing. I have also tried on my mobile app but the same is happening.
I can only access with my Church account credentials.

Hi I have a friend who has problem remembering her password and username.
She even forgot her mobile number and email address that she used when she first created her account.
Any help here.
