Only Grave Applications and Indexes in South Africa, Johannesburg—Cemetery Records, 1840–2019?

These Grave Applications have so little info on them, all of the dates seem to be on the Burial Order or Internment pages, but they aren't listed as pages to index. Do I mark those as "No Extractable Data" anyway?

You index both images.

Hi @LauraGaskins For Image 1, the Grave Application, please index the name of the deceased Given Name: Venoy Errol Oswald Surname: Nicholas & mark all the other boxes <blank>. Then using the trashcan icon, remove all the unused entry boxes. This leaves you with one instead of 40. For Image 2, the Notice of Interment (Burial) index the deceased name and information just as you see it, marking other boxes <blank> .
There is no record date for these batches so always mark those boxes <blank>.

We index Grave Applications. What we don't index are Affidavits that often accompany the application.

What does the PI say specifically? Could you post the batch #?

Here is an example: Batch M3LL-WMN. The first image says it is an "Application for a Grave", but it looks more like an affidavit, and does not give any info about the deceased. The second is a "Notice of Internment", but it has a lot of info about the deceased.
It's my inclination to index the pages with all the info on them even if they're not specifically mentioned in the project instructions, but I don't want to break the rules :)
