Adding a district or location to Standardized Locations

I am reworking the index for the marriage and death records for the Jamaican Civil Registry. This is to help eliminate some of the problems with incorrect combining of duplicates. One of the problems I have encountered is that several districts or locations are missing. For example, Saint James District, Saint Andrew parish, Jamaica is coming up as a district of Granada. Granada and Jamaica are 2 different islands. This district needs to be added for Jamaica as a separate and distinct location. Also Allman Hill District of Saint Catherine parish, near Saint Faith's District of Saint Catherine. One of the Saint Andrew parish Enfield, of UK is coming up as Jamaican. Who do I contact to get this fixed? What is the procedure?

I think the best place would be to post this under 'Suggest an idea' near the bottom of the Categories.
