Restore 'Record' links on source linker page with unique functionality

FamilySearch has reduced functionality on the source linker page. There are two live links that say 'Record' as illustrated below. The lower link used to generate a popup window with all the indexed data from the record (this was helpful). Now both Record links open a new tab and go to the exact same page. Why two links for identical functionality?

    @WoodburyS

    Are you looking for the record that looks like this?

    I miss it too! The only way I can find to get that old view of the record is to navigate to it from the Sources list of an attached profile. Why I want it: in the Similar Historical Records lis I can right click each record to open it. That's the easiest way. Also, the names are shown in the same order as on the record itself, and the "focus" person is not shown out of context.
