Ancestry Institution
Hayden Lake FHC in CDA, Idaho, we continue to get this error when community patrons are trying to get on to Ancestry Institution. Can you help me on this? Also, there is question about Newspaper.com at the FHCs. Are these no longer options for our patrons? Thanks for your help.

Access to Ancestry Institution requires the Portal Extension to be functioning normally. Is the Chrome Portal Extension installed on your computers? However, the extension does have some remaining problems of instability, but at times does work consistently.
How do we use the FamilySearch center premium content browser extension?
One task I would certainly recommend you fulfill, is clear out Internet Cache and Cookies. This will remove the collected web pages, which are showing the error message with the "blocked" image.
Try again to make access to Ancestry Institution when the above actions are completed.
